Unfortunately he did, so he's used to, and definitely a mouth piece for this trash organizationI believe he got his start in the business working in the Flyers PR Department. So yeah.

So, essentially, caution of current FO is put aside and trigger is pulled only if Crosby-like talent somehow becomes available. Gotcha.
Best I can offer is a Ginning.Zamula being out is really bad for the D because it pushes Drysdale up. They should recall Andrae and go:
York-Sanheim
Andrae-Drysdale
Seeler-Drysdale
Double shifting Drysdale seems like a worse proposition.Zamula being out is really bad for the D because it pushes Drysdale up. They should recall Andrae and go:

Jumped the gun on the upcoming Risto tradeDouble shifting Drysdale seems like a worse proposition.
they think grit IS talentIf only they chased talent with same commitment that they chase grit

Frost and Farabee were also gone in two years.both these guys will be gone within 2 years..
absolute plugs
What about players who passed through waivers earlier in the season, are they good?Frost and Farabee were also gone in two years.
When you project the Flyers forward:
1) Cates, Jett and a top six center to be named later (draft pick/trade)
2) Tippett, Foerster, Couts, Barkey, Pelletier at LW
3) Michkov, TK, Brink, at RW
The top six center is the key acquisition.
It's much easier to fill out wings, either big muckers who can skate or smurfs with skills are available in the later 1st rd and 2nd rds - but full sized two way centers are hard to obtain outside the top 15 or so.
