Yea I agree either they are showcasing Korchinski/Kaiser or the Hawks brass just do not like Del Mastro very much because he doesn't fit their team speed identity.
Whatever. He was going to Rockford anyway for the playoff run.Have somebody check on @Hattrick Kane. I felt the tremors in Colorado.
I wouldn't be so harsh on Murphy. There really is a large enough sample to show that Allan, Kaiser, and Del Mastro performed admirably when paired with Murphy.Whatever. He was going to Rockford anyway for the playoff run.
But Davidson is more interested in watching Murphy and Korchinski being turnstiled 10 times a games so by all means.
I have a suspicion Hawks break camp next year as follows -Jeez, he's just going down to help Rockford clinch a playoff spot. It's not going to impact his chances of making the big team next year.
Chill.

I would be shocked to see Allan on the opening night roster. He was Richardson’s pet.I have a suspicion Hawks break camp next year as follows -
Vlasic-Levshunov
Allan-Murphy
Kaiser-Rinzel
Crevier
AHL:
Del Mastro
Korchinski
Kuzmin
Harding
EDM in, Allan down? It feels like unless someone gets traded, that's probably a competition amongst EDM/Allan/KKI would be shocked to see Allan on the opening night roster. He was Richardson’s pet.
It definitely feels like it’s between Korch and EDM for that spot. Maybe they feel Lev going down isn’t the worst thing for his development too which would open up a spot. Kaiser has to stay since he’ll be waivers eligible.EDM in, Allan down? It feels like unless someone gets traded, that's probably a competition amongst EDM/Allan/KK
YesCan KK still be sent down for playoffs?
Is this the douche nozzle that said Bonino is better than Kane?
I have little to no use for the Bader model. The Game Chart posted near the end of game day threads is a glorified box score with a few advanced stats thrown in. But if most advanced stats should "get laughed out of the room", keep in mind that the Hawks currently employ 12 people in their Hockey Strategy and Analytics department. How many clowns do we have to see trip over themselves before these projection models and most advanced stats get laughed out of the room?
nothing wrong with advanced stats. the problem is with these blackbox rube goldberg algorithms that they use to decompose a bunch of discrete and individually useful empirical metrics and aggregate them back into wannabe-WAR theory of everything numbers like "game score" or "nhle".How many clowns do we have to see trip over themselves before these projection models and most advanced stats get laughed out of the room?
