But they really played like fried ass the last 3 games, just look lost out there. I don't think it's a big deal to put the coach back in his old position and find someone else to run the ship down there.

There is zero way that Eaton has made any impact negative or positive in the short amount of time he has been there. It probably has more to do with having an ECHL goalie in net (Weeks), and missing their best Dman (KK).

Perhaps weak goaltending is a factor, but it is very discouraging to see Hawks AHL farm team struggling - RFD as a team look as bad if not worse than the NHL Hawks.

Yeah it does suck, but I'm strictly commenting on the people blaming Eaton for the losses.

The expectations for Rockford are lunacy. They are the 4th youngest team in the AHL. Sure they have talented prospects but they are YOUNG talented prospects. Most nights they are going up against bigger, older and more experienced teams.

I watched. Levshunov had a good game. He’s starting to try stuff offensively and his first pass is elite. He plays such a risky ass game.

The points haven’t followed but I’ve liked his game the last few games.

He can defend but he also makes a ton of mistakes. Hes aggressive which can lead to pinches that miss and odd mans against

He can definitely defend, he has all the physical tools and shows flashes of being able to absolutely shut down opponents. What he hasn’t show, at least not that I have seen, is a willingness to do that consistently and to not cheat offensively. I am sure that can be coached out of him, especially once he has been at a level (either the AHL or the NHL) for enough time to really get comfortable. I can’t stress enough how impressive everything that he has done so far is when you factor in how quickly he has progressed through leagues.
