Great move, lets just hope he trains with Mat "Quadzilla" Barzal because if he tries that move in the pros right now he's going blow over like a leaf.
Barzal FYI:
Do you have that saved?

I wonder if they will become straight ass if they come to Bridgeport like 90% of our prospects. Both goalie prospects played today for their big clubs
Gamzin 30/31 saves in a 6-1 win for CSKA
Gidlof 15/17 in a 3-2 win for Leksand
Hogberg: Bridgeport .896 sv% Islanders .947 sv% I thought Hogberg wasn't working out but he's a decent goalie when the team actually plays defense in front of him.I wonder if they will become straight ass if they come to Bridgeport like 90% of our prospects.
Has there been any updates on Tristan Lennox since the summer?
Cam Berg 2 goals for North Dakota
Kids having a nice season. Get him signed and get him to the Bridge
The last game before being sent to junior was very telling of his whole season. He made a great open ice hit on Ilves' Mike O'Leary in the first but then returned back to his usual form leaving guys open, taking stupid risks and all around lazy play. Finished the game -4 in a 6-3 loss. The reasons he got picked in the second round are still there. His type is tailor made for current NHL. One underrated quality of his is that he never backs down from fights and always defends his teammates. Pulkkinen is no coward on ice I'll tell you that. He just needs to learn what it takes to be a pro like our assistant coach Pettinen said. Hopefully being sent to junior was the necessary wake up call for him.So Jesse Pulkkinen got sent to JYP’s U20 team
But with a ton more ice time these past 2 games: 1 goal and 4 assists (1 of those on PP)
Thanks for the in depth analysis! Haven’t gotten much on him this yearThe last game before being sent to junior was very telling of his whole season. I felt like venting about him myself. It worries me that his stock skyrocketed in his draft year and many comments were that it was because he started to take hockey seriously for the first time. Maybe he just went back to not caring. Now that I think about it Aleksi Malinen who you guys drafted in 2021 from JYP retired after last season apparently because of motivation issues. Maybe it's something in the water a.k.a the JYP organisation. I feel like the sooner Pulkkinen makes the jump to North America the better. Maybe it's better to get away from home. Just my feeling. I don't know the guy. Thanks for the in depth analysis! Haven’t gotten much on him this year
Yea his whole thing is he is super raw, you don't see a player with that size who moves as well as he does with a solid shot and willing to play the body. How his hockey sense developers is make or break, he is a bigger Romanov, he can either tap into that offensive potential (which Romanov hasn't to this point) or embrace the defensive side. Either way I see NHL upside alone on his size, reach and skating ability. He is perfect for the modern NHL game as you stated. The last game before being sent to junior was very telling of his whole season.
