His debut is coming up in a mere few hours!
A question like this can almost be answered with a quick glance at eliteprospects.com. Simply look up that player and you'll see if his season has started.
Isles fans, would y'all say Tsyplakov's top-6 role is secure thus far? He's looked pretty good operating from behind the net and with the big boys.
Not secured.
But he did show enough in the preseason to assume he'll get a good, long look at a regular shift, likely with PP time, over the first dozen games or so.
Probably a case where does he click best with Nelson or Pageau(or even the Horvat-Barzel line)

He completely secured a spot on the team which is number one but the only open spot in the top 6 is next to Nelson and he looks like the favorite. The other spot he seemed to earn is number one PP time. That's big. Mentioning that part because I can see a scenario he plays 4th line but still gets PP opportunities.

Welp, Eiserman just got kicked out for a stupid penalty. Decided to skate over to a player after an icing and punch a guy in the face and the player went down. I didn't even see anything that would get him so angry in the previous play. Don't know why he did that.

Most goalies are not stopping that shot by Cole. Shame he did what he did hopefully he doesn’t get a suspension.
My son had the game on after we finished watching the Metsies. And there were all sorts of crazy stuff going on previous to that point. There was a scrum where there were like 4 Holy Cross guys jerking around 1 BU player with the refs unable to control anything.
