I think Nick Jensen is playing injured, so something pre-existing is causing them to be extra cautious. Hopefully he plays tomorrow and gets fully healthy soon.

Missing key top-6 players and the 5-game skid are no mere coincidences. Without a fully healthy roster to finish the season, the post season hope diminishes.

Hamonic injury looked serious. I immediately thought that might be his last NHL game.

I know he doesn't have much left in the tank, and gets criticized for being slow and unable to keep up, but it isn't his fault the coach plays him too much when there are injuries.

It can't be denied that Hammer is a warrior and a heart and soul player, and had a good career.
