I don't imagine this needs to be said because everyone was fine last time, but just a friendly reminder that there will be no political or politically angled discussion regarding the game. No anthem stuff, no talk of politicians around the contest, no offshoot issues, etc. Friendly trash-talk is fine (remember, there are a few Canadian/non-American Sharks fans here aside from myself), but nothing that bleeds into anything that has been broached in the political realm.
1st offenses get a deletion and a reminder (not an on-the-record "warning", just a notification with the deleted or edited post)
2nd offenses get an actual warning/infraction and are kicked from the thread for 24 hours.
But we reserve the right to jump right to infractions/threadbans/worse if the material substantially crosses the line.
Again, I don't think this'll be an issue because generally everyone here is pretty good about that sort of stuff. I just wanted it on record so that if it starts happening there will be no confusion or ignorance of what the fallout will be.
