The first time I saw color-on-color in the NBA, I wanted it in the NHL. It would be so easy to just create a matrix of teams allowed to play color-on-color against each other, or when third jerseys are necessary to avoid home colors being too close.

Is this mostly because I have been dreaming about seeing the Sharks' teal against the Red Wings homes for the last fifteen years? Maybe. You can't prove it.

Big issue for traveling/visiting teams in that they only want to bring one set of jerseys with them on the road.

So that would be another issue the teams would have to negotiate/deal with.

Canada looked like us in that the defense turned the puck over a lot, they overloaded their premium talent on one line and then got shutdown, and their goalie let in a couple real bad goals only to settle down when the damage was done.

I finally get around to checking the schedule of the next game and apparently I just missed it, completely forgetting that they always schedule a game on early Monday holidays when a lot of people still have to work.
