Not true. You can have more than two rookies and they would not count towards the 3 years before you have to list them as franchise to keep them.

i am not a big pool/fantasy league/gambling guy so i will have to pass. if you could go back in time and reverse ea's horseshit decision to kill off gm connected i'd have gotten a ps4 and then a ps5 instead of stopping at ps3, and that would probably be the closest thing to me doing fantasy stuff.

i want to make clear i am not shitting on this though because as i type i'm becoming acutely aware that i may be coming off as an asshole. that isn't unlike me if i am being honest, but never intentionally in this specific manner. 🙃
