Thats the tough part tho.
Killorn and Gudas were supposdly brought in to bring that... but hasnt exactly paid off.

I mean is there really evidence of that? Culture can only take you so far. And 2-3 players out of a 23 man roster isn't a significant portion either.

It's hard to know from where we're standing, but some people sure think it's the coach standing in the way of that culture progressing
