Named second star of his game.Blais is 1+1, now has 21 points in 15 games.
A ton of muscle is unrealisticSennecke is doing great while he still has huge upside! That pick could be a real gem. He could even grow another inch and put on a ton of muscle.
I am a big fan of Beckett, but would be surprised if he ever had the edge Tkachuk has. Just hearing the two guys talk makes me skeptical that Beckett will be that guy, but I do think he could be more skilledWhere Beckett can become special is if he embraces becoming an old school power forward with modern skill. Basically can he look at Matthew Tkachuk and say "I want to model my game after him" even if he doesn't still a high skill player I'm just wondering how the growth spurt effects him
Ian Moore finished with an assist, kukkonen and burnevik both finished with a goal.
Damn back to being a bustSennecke's point streak snapped as his team goes down 2-1.
Burnevik has two goals in the second period tonight.
Burnevik is now 6+5 in 11 games, point per game as a freshman so far. I'll be honest, I'm not my really sure what to make of him.
Terry was physically underdevelopped (part of it is he was almost ineligible for being too young) and played behind a stacked team (3rd line) which made him fall in the draft. Burnevik is 200 pounds and an overager so very different situations.Just wait and see? I remember being hyped up for Kukkonen when he was a goal scoring machine for a year... then it went away and still hasn't returned. Kukkonen is 5'10, though. Burnevik is 6'4 and 201 lbs already. Wouldn't mind having another late round, college find a la Terry. Still too early to say much except he's on a great start to his college career.
