Halliday IMO doesn't need to be a needle mover, right now he is a pt behind Pilon to lead Belleville in scoring & he is only 22 yrs old. Ott doesn't need him to start in the top nine either next yr & can slowly insert him into the lineup as we have seen them do with most young players. That way he can earn his ice time & where he plays in the lineup.I give Halliday at best 50/50 right now.

Halliday has nothing to offer an NHL 4th line. He's a powerplay specialist.
He's actually a very similar prospect to Egor Sokolov. Big guy, doesn't move particularly well, doesn't defend well, doesn't produce at even strength, not physical.
