I was going off of Pagnotta available list that was updated recently, but who knows. Problem is he is probably a 3C these days, Pageau more of a 4C and Schenn a 2C/3C tweener. He is not necessarily better than Mitts but he is tougher to play against for sure.

Pay for Parayko at 50% for this year, just extend Parayko this offseason. Go full monster all in the next two years.

Yeah I believe the cap would work, Parakyo at 50% is 3.25M + 7M for Kadri youre at 10.25M

Mitts plus the money we have left, and dropping the requisite roster players and you can probably get there.
