I had visions of a line of Bertuzzi, Freddy and Poitras

I dunno, something about that. Kid gets some beef/protection and some hands. line 3.

Brazeau on line 4.

Interesting interview here by Poulin from a year ago as an analysis before he became head of Hockey Ops and yes he does mention Ullmark.
Yeah, but he's talking about "stealing a goalie" that's under the radar using Ullmark as an example.

AM radio led to me having some very strange musical crossover tastes. I like Abba and King Harvest, the Clash and the Sex Pistols, The Pogues, Slayer, Metallica, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Zeppelin, Gordon Lightfoot, the Stones, Elvis, it's a mess.

When I was growing up in the 70s you could hear an incredible variety of music on AM radio. Like you I'm all over the place musically as a result. 🎶

Btw - had my colonoscopy this morning so I’m told to chill so this works here

Easy peazy folks

Get it - so important and honestly it’s nothing

Even the prep is basically nothing

You suck down 2 28 oz bottles of lemon lime Gatorade and really once cleaned out can stop

If I can do it anyone can and should
My first one more than 10 years ago probably saved my life. It's too easy not to do IMO but when it was first recommended to me, the thought of it freaked me out. Now, after my 4th and a clean bill of health is priceless...
After my first one I was cautious about eating for the rest of the day, by the 2nd or 3rd one I was eating pizza a couple hours after.

All great artists. I wouldn't call this a mess. It's just good taste.

AM 680 WRKO was music for us in the '60-'70s. I was shocked (early '80s) when they went to an all talk format which was WBZ's schtick back then.

My brother died from Colorectal Cancer(5 years after the initial surgery it reappeared in his liver- done deal) in 2002, I've been getting them every 3 up until now. My GI specialist, told me I can go to every 5 years.

Don't ya'll ignore reflux either. After 20+ years of dealing with reflux and a esophageal stricture, I developed a lesion in 2006. Luckily since they caught it in a yearly endoscope, I had 2/3 of my esophagus removed and a 1/3 my stomach at BIDH(Boston has the best hospitals). They sewed the remainder of my stomach into a tube and reattached it to the remaining esophagus.
I've honestly been fine since. I was back to working out 4 months later. i just can't drink standing on my head, because they remove the valve that keeps food in your tummy!:D

SO DON'T IGNORE CHRONIC HEARTBURN!!!

Peace and love
