OK since no one has the BALLS to do it, I'll go! I assume that both Tyler Kleven and Zack Ostapchuk graduate this season. Angus Crookshank turned 25 y/o already.

1- Carter Yakemchuk
2- Leevi Merilainen
3- Cole Reinhardt
4- Stephen Halliday
5- Jan Jeník
6- Blake Montgomery
7- Gabriel Eliasson
8- Mads Søgaard
9- Matthew Andonovski
10- Luke Ellinas
11- Javon Moore
12- Hoyt Stanley
13- Tomas Hamara
14- Eerik Wallenius
15- Maxence Guenette
16- Donovan Sebrango
17- Xavier Bourgault
18- Oskar Pettersson
19- Theo Wallberg
20- Jorian Donovan
21- Philippe Daoust
22- Kevin Reidler
23- Jamieson Rees
24- Filip Nordberg
25- Owen Beckner

HM : Tyler Boucher, Vladimir Nikitin

One of the worst pools I have ever seen. And we were paranoing with the asset management!
Oh man, that is pretty thin & still Boucher is outside of the top 25. Ouch!!

A few decent looking D-men in that group outside of Yak (Ando, Hoyt, Donovan) but we are very thin on any forwards that project for the top-6 (Halliday?).

This d man MIGHT be bottom pairing guys. And even then, low skill guys.

That whole pool is missing in skill

Even those Ds aren't looking too bright right now

Donovan has 0 pts in 16 AHL games and is -10, turns 21 y/o in a few months... Doesn't bode well for NHL potential. Usually NHL prospects do well in the AHL.

Stanley has 2 pts in 11 NCAA games and turns 20 y/ soon. Another league where legit NHL prospects usually do well

Andonovski looked promising last season but this season his stats don't look nearly as good. He turns 20 in 3 months too

Halliday our top forward prospect lol is 22 y/o and has 10 pts in 19 AHL games this season. We need him to be nearly PPG at least.

A whole bunch of nothing to be honest. Many were still hoping that Boucher would turn into something but stats usually don't lie. He turns 22 in 1 month and has 1 pt in 17 games lol

Hamara's PPG in the OHL. He's already 20 though...

I’m hoping Montgomery/Moore/ellinas turns into a decent middle six guy(bottom 6 most likely) and one of nordberg/wallberg/eliasson/andonovski can play solid bottom pair mins and merilainen can become a good backup.

Nothing is looking great rn. Hoping for a good rest of the year.

Tough look when you’re left hoping your top 10 pick can carve out a Steve Webb/Pat Kaleta career.

I’m not even sure he’s got Raffi Torres potential in him at this point.

At least he isn’t getting hurt. Baby steps I guess.

Outside of Yakemchuk, Montgomery is my new number one prospect to watch. I still have hope for Halliday but the excitement from last spring has dropped considerably.

The only others I like are Merilainen, Reidler. and Eliasson. Eliasson because of his unique physical stature. It's a long shot, but if he develops his game, he could be a unique and impactful player at the NHL level.

The rest, as far I am concerned are AHL fodder. I still think Crookshank can fill a spot in our bottom 6. He can't be any worse than what we currently have. Reinhart the same. They're cheap seat fillers.

After Yakemchuk, the ones I have some hope in are :

- Merilainen : looks like he could play in the NHL down the road and who knows how good he'll be? Could be a Daccord type. All the other goalie prospects we have aren't write offs yet, they don't develop as fast as skaters.

- Reinhardt : I see a solid 4th liner in him

- Halliday, Jeník : maybe can carve a bottom-6 role for a few seasons

- Montgomery, Eliasson, Ellinas, Moore, Wallenius : all freshly drafted, all have something intriguing that could make them turn into legit prospects. This 2024 draft was much more encouraging

- Andonovski : hoping he turns into a solid 3rd pairing defensive D-man

I'm afraid that's about it, don't see any NHL future in anyone else outside of maybe a few games there and there.

Raffi Torres? Man that would have been Boucher hitting at more than 100%, don't think he ever had remotely close to that potential. The guy played 635 NHL games and averaged 18 goals and 34 pts per 2 games while playing 12:50 TOI/GP. He was strong as an ox and literally feared by opponents, a more skilled Chris Neil although Chris was much better defensively. Torres career was really diminished by injuries too

At 22 y/o, he scored 20 goals and 34 pts at the NHL level, don't think that's in store for Boucher any time soon.

I understand Sens fan wanted something out of 10th OA pick because that's the consolation prize when your team sucks but that pick was puzzling from the moment it was made, probably the most puzzling since Dylan McIlrath 10th OA in 2010

The Sens have a few interesting prospects, first & foremost is Yakemchuk RD playing a position of need & is having another good season so far. Eliasson could turn into a major presence that would take a lot of pressure off Brady & become a physical force on D. Lucas Ellinas LW seems to have a knack scoring goals & I still consider Halliday C as a potential bottom six centre. That's two physical D & two interesting forwards in the prospect pool. And Merilainen G is playing well & progressing.

If you’re going to have ellinas in that group then I think you should add Montgomery
