Bednar said Landy has been around and it's good to get him out there skating with the team, pretty much suggesting he's been hidden away skating and working on his own.

He sounded really positive, saying they want him to keep grinding until he's at a point to return to the team regularly for practice.

Also said this adds to a lot of the optimism around his return.
We need Landy stashed until the playoffs. It's like the Avs don't understand that. Bunch of donkeys.

7-10 days isn’t bad for Nuke I guess. He’ll miss like 6 games, if of course the 10 days doesn’t become 10 weeks which it often does for the Avs

Landy does look good, but I still wonder if they’ll keep him on LTIR until playoffs so they can be cap compliant and still make a depth move or 2 at the deadline

A little over 3 milliion ish I think. That would be assuming Wood stays on LTIR the rest of the season.

So with Nuke out he could play?

Someone smells blood, and just decided to show up at practice in a full-cotact jersey to do drills with the top line.

If Avs need 3 mill cap space for Landy to make the roster, they’ll just keep Wood on LTIR until playoffs and it should be enough

First time I thought of Landeskog in quite some time was yesterday after seeing Lonzo dunk. It must be a sign.

He's been playing really well lately. He talked about how it's frustrating that he is still limited to around 20 minutes a night but that it's important he doesn't rush himself back. He still takes scheduled days off and around 20 minutes restriction.

They need 3 million on top of Wood staying on LTIR.
Oh ok. Then I’m not sure how they’ll do it. Maybe Kylington goes on LTIR but he only makes 1 mill. Then they send someone like Innala to Eagles, that’s another what? 700 or 800 K, not sure how we gonna do it

I always thought it was funny how the odd person would compare him and Landeskog and say basketball is harder on the knees than hockey. He ran about 20 feet and scored a goal without anyone anywhere near him. Big whoop.
