St. Louis is not winning the cup anytime soon. Hofer is a brick wall. Binnington is still very good and must have some good trade value. It would probably be a good time to sell him for a good young promising Dman or something else ?

Dom has the Blues probability of making the playoffs the exact same as their probability of picking 1st overall. 6% for each.

Compared to pre-season, our defense has improved in his model and offense has gotten worse. I think that more or less tracks, we just don't have an offense that you can feel that confident about. We are 7th in goals against per game, but 24th in goals for per game. Thomas being out will just make that worse.

Those hope is that players like Holloway and Bolduc develop throughout the year and find a scoring groove at some point. Can throw Texier in as well, but the goal is that by the end of the year you have 2 lines that are producing like top 6 lines and not just 3 players in Thomas, Buchnevich, and Kyrou, and then others along for the ride.
