Players really don't appreciate what Drudy did to Trouba (and possibly Kreider) and Laviolette is stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I know Trouba was captain, but was he actually that well liked in the room? He was playing third pair last year in the playoffs, and probably would have been healthy scratched if not fit the captaincy.
