You can tell Rempe just doesn't know how to connect on punches.
He might be a goon but he doesn't know how fight guys who can legit throw down. Rempe threw more punches but hardly landed despite having a huge reach advantage while Reaves landed a ton.

Yeah Reaves was at a huge disadvantage with reach but he connected with some great punches

Almost feels like he's being forced into this role when he'd prefer to be someone who skates hard and throws massive hits.
Then again, in the new-age NHL if you want to hit as hard as he's shown he can, you will always be fighting.

Looks like they both lost to me. Should have given them both delay of game penalties rather than fighting. What a disgrace.

Clearly they need to offer to take the entire staff to a concert at the Sphere this season.
I mean, that’s no different than what he did in Colorado or Toronto. He’s always been an exciting player in both good and bad ways.
