Somehow, there are time zones East of EST. Right now you’re like “do these people live in the ocean”?
I've got some news for ya.

Topics Vilen (2021 5th round pick, signed) playing top pair, PP1 and PK1 for Finland
Super weird. Arguably their best forward.Joakim Kemell being the 13th forward on this lineup is like Utica having Holtz as the 13th forward. Thats a mastermind decision, I must say. Was not on my bingo card.
After what I just saw in OT 13th forward seems about right.Joakim Kemell being the 13th forward on this lineup is like Utica having Holtz as the 13th forward. Thats a mastermind decision, I must say. Was not on my bingo card.
Yeah he had a good rush and with better luck wouldve had a scoring chance. Instead it ended up being a turnover. Shit happens. He's one of the few players in this team that has some sort of X-factor in him. After what I just saw in OT 13th forward seems about right.
Lmao that wasn’t good. After what I just saw in OT 13th forward seems about right.
Ah don’t think he was really at fault so who cares.Wow. That wasn't supposed to happen.
On the plus side, Vilen had a ton of ice time and generally seemed in control.
On the downside, was on the ice for the 3 v 3 game-winner against.

Not that we lost because of that, but its just weird to not play your most highly touted player anymore than that against Switzerland of all teams. This is not semifinal against CAN, its the first game of the preliminary round. Its kinda hilarious, really. You need your top players going.
I'm really just making a snide remark but that was a terrible turnover, the Swiss player just took the puck from him.Yeah he had a good rush and with better luck wouldve had a scoring chance. Went into a pileup rather than maintaining a good position in front.Lmao that wasn’t good.
Nice to see Vilen playing lots and starting in OT.
Ah don’t think he was really at fault so who cares.
Yeah thats fair. I just think one on one rush those turnovers happen. Its a fast game. I'd rather players try something and fail than play it safe. Not regarding this play or tournament but in general.I'm really just making a snide remark but that was a terrible turnover, the Swiss player just took the puck from him.
It was a puck battle in the corner. He needs to go in with their second guy which he did. Wouldn’t want him to do anything else. The third Finland guy needs to keep an eye on the other Swiss guy at the point.Went into a pileup rather than maintaining a good position in front.
Agreed, he wasn't directly responsible but didn't make the best positional decision.
His biggest downside is honestly his attitude from what I've heard. His dad has been way too hands on withhis decisions and he's been changing teams too fast in Finland cause he hasnt been handed everything on a silver platter.Realize this is a kind of polarizing question - any opinion on Brad Lambert's game?
I've got some news for ya.
You know the old saying about 10-0 in the middle of thr third period being the most dangerous lead in hockey.Sweden 10-0 over Austria with 10 minutes to go.
It's like watching the women's tournament when the USA or Canada play anyone except each other.
