Did Joe basically just admit that he'd chuck whiffleballs at kids as a "drill" to teach them to avoid incoming brushbacks?
I know he said he didn't see much point since it's instinctual, but now I can't get the image of Joe with a bucket of whiffleballs, hurling them at 8-year-olds and telling them to dodge it.

Walmart's website has a box of 10 for $12.50 (ish).
meanwhile you can get a loaf of plain white bread for $2, a jar of smuckers strawberry jam for $4, and a jar of peanut butter for $4.50
If you got 2 loaves of bread that'd be about $12.50 and with it you could make like twice as many pb&j sandwiches as you'd get from that box of pre-done things.

Mini Trout has great loft and flyball tendencies. Even with average HR/FB rates (he’s currently 2% below) he’d ease into 25+ homeruns in a season.

I was thinking about it and the only thing the Jays management have to do this winter is give Kirk, Vlad and Manoah the same winter diet as Kikuchi.
