6.34 on the season, 6.00 tonight (with a VERY pitcher-friendly strike zone). Seems pretty much in line with expectations.

Also, Kaprielian has been very good since being put back into the rotation in mid May (3.69 ERA in 7 starts).

The point is that 24 is still really young, and most players at that age, even the top ones, aren't a finished product and are still adjusting and trying to find some consistency. (See Harper's wildly inconsistent years at that age, Acuna last year, or Judge, who still hadn't made his major league debut at Vlad's age.)

I was mainly joking. I understood your point quite well. First things first, he had his MVP runner up season when he was 22. Last year he had a wRC of 132 which is still fairly decent and at the age of 23.

Yes, he has struggled by his standards this year but your comment didn't make much sense seeing as we haven't been saying it in previous years(maybe a tad last year), and equally as important, 24 is still young.
