I wouldn't mind punching Ken Reid in the gut. He's gone whole hog on this weird curmudgeonly traditionalist asshat schtick he does and it's super tiring and annoying.

I understand they want the lefty in there, but Chapman is definitely on fire, and he still is the better option to drive in more runs.

If they put Varsho 5 and then you put Belt 7 to split them up, then Biggio 8 and Kiermaier 9, you have 3 lefties in a row which makes you more vulnerable against them bringing a lefty into the game to face all 3. Or even potentially all 4 over 5 batters. But if you spread the lefties out it’s a little harder to do that. That said, if they are willing to sub out Biggio (L) for Espinal and then sub out Belt (L) for a catcher DH every time a lefty comes in, I wouldn’t mind 3 lefties in a row if they commit to that. But it’s still not that ideal.
