No problem with that when you hit the ball hard. But clearly it was not the pitch he wanted so he should have taken the strike instead of the awful foul he did.nice vladdy. 2 pitches, 2 outs. Good approach.

On the ESPN feed that was clearly a ball on strike 2.

Biggio is completely guessing again, not sure if his recent hot streak was just guessing right, but at the moment he looks lost again.
It was a strike. Was close can't complain too much. I mean they are humans have seen far worse than tonight the plate ref is fine so far.
Isn’t he like 0 for 30 something currently?Get Biggio out for Schneider next time up
You could see daylight from the plate and the ball from their catcher's cam.To be fair, it did clip the zone. Could've gone either way
He went 2-4 with two doubles and 1 walk his last game played.Isn’t he like 0 for 30 something currently?
Agree though this team ain’t close to that one in terms of talent. A few too many holes. They are better then they are playing though. Some of you may be too young to remember but the Jays always were playoff fodder in the 90's until Robbie Alomar hit a HR against Oakland, a team thought to be unbeatable in the playoffs. That one HR changed the trajectory of the Jays playoff, we went from hoping and praying to knowing our guys were going to be clutch. the Jays need that sort of release valve, they are clearly playing out of fear vs playing out of focus to win, someone needs to be a hero.
He was on base literally 10 of his last 19 plate appearances of the regular season.
