There must be something that is supressing the Jays power at home. They go on the road, and boom, they hit 3 homers last night. Weird.
I haven't been to the Dome this year but our ballpark used to be known for having one of the best "batter's eyes" in the league. If the outfield renovations removed or altered that backdrop and the sightlines then it could affect some hitters who had grown used to it.

Yeah, the idea that he doesn't care or doesn't take the game seriously or something like that is absolutely ridiculous. He clearly works his ass off and is dedicated to a potentially detrimental degree. Anyone who saw him his first couple seasons and looks at him now and thinks he doesn't care is completely clueless.

The guy won a Gold Glove two years after learning to play 1B. That doesn't happen unless you absolutely work your ass off.

But HURR DURR FAT LAZY.

Gausman just not having good command. He's benefitted a few times from this blind ump.

Boone just never shuts up.

If Schneider cried like that every time the Jays had a couple missed strike calls in the first couple innings, he'd have been thrown out 78 times this season already.
152 times...

I realize pitcher windups have been obnoxious since the dawn of time, but King’s whole routine is real friggin annoying lol

The ump let King get away with walking off the mound on a clear ball.

That's shitty umping.
