Not too often an OA will get ofered a contract after being drafted 3 or 4 years ago.

Great list. Thanks for posting this. I've been tracking most of these players all year. This is certainly the A-list. A couple of the players do have commitments. Boutin is heading to McGill and I think G-Ty Palmer is heading to Alberta. Sward is unsigned but his rights were traded to the Avalanche at the NHL deadline. I also think Gills rights are held until June 1 by the Islanders.

I think this very much depends on the player. I'm sure many of these (and others) have committed verbally before playoffs even started - but they're just not announced publicly until their major junior season is done.
