I think the plan for Hanifin is to try to sign him next summer and let Gryz go. They also hope that Lindholm makes to next summer and try to get him as well. They wanted both of them in their respective draft years.
They have Mitchell, Regula, Walsh, and of course Lohrei

I’ve been interested in him he first three because I’m in a SIM League- Walsh I like a lot

Sweeney would be wise to see how unfolds because I think he’s got atleast one good one if not more - Hanifin picked up now though gives them imo best D group and best G group - kinda a decent combo

Of course because we live in a fantasy sports world many don’t consider or grasp that part of team sports

The DeBrusk Merkulov Heinen line is really good.

Lysell is so close to working with Marchand. Lots of great scoring chance coming off their quickness with Coyle tying guys up and doing the dirty work.
Not there today and they were first group yesterday and they were I was joking like the KLM from 1970’s - 80’s - all well rounded, excellent puck skills

Lysell & Marchand insanely quick and skilled - Coyle to me a perfect tour like Bergeron - plays similar 200 foot responsible game

I'm still oddly upset that Taylor Hall isn't here. He played with so much passion in playoffs...
Yah but 6M with two years left

Um perfect time to move

I’m such a Hall fan last week I bought his jersey fight strap etc but it’s obvious you move him then

Tough guy to lose but exact move to make

Lysell looks gassed. Breathing really heavy after every drill. Hunched over or down on one knee.
Did yet see early session with Pasta & Poitras

I thought the Jake,Merklov and Heinen line looked great.

Lady you made it!!! Any standouts?
Hard to say for me. They don't wear names/ numbers and I do not know all of the young guys like some here do. Their numbers are on the helmets, but I did not have the list.

Brad (second group) looked like Brad. He gives 100% every time he is on the ice. I saw him coaching some of the kids. I think he will be a great captain.

I thought Heinen looked good with Jake. I don't remember how long he has been gone from the Bs but he looks exactly the same.

Oskar Steen is small but looks really strong on his skates.

Looch looked good out there. Pasta was flying.

Many youngsters looked fast but I would read reviews by @PlayMakers as he knows them far batter than me.

I saw Andrew Raycroft and Quaider.

I left halfway through the second group because I was cold.

Looking forward to the game Sunday. It will be easier to sort out the players.

Saw on twitter that Geekie said he found out the Kraken weren't keeping him by going online.

That's a shitty thing to do. At least call him before you release that news.

Rooting for him extra hard now. He's going to surprise a lot of people. He's sneakily good.

I know it’s tough for anyone to really stand out in these camps so the media are the ones that really hype up certain players, but I haven’t heard a peep about Toporowski, Harrison and Kuntar. How are they doing - holding their own with the big boys? Anyone else from Prov worth mentioning?

Monty agrees with you, Ty Anderson tweeted that he said it was the best line in camp today. Would be kinda huge if Merkulov can keep that up and make a push or the roster, especially if he's at C.

I need more time to see them (and know who is who). Ask @PlayMakers or @DKH.

Maybe after Sunday's first pre-season game I will get more of a feeling.

There should be a gofundme to buy Fenian a Heinen jersey. :D:D
Not sure why he hates Danton so much. IMO he looked good today. He has his same #43 as before.

yep. IMO (such that it is) I thought they looked great.

It's nice to hear DeBrusk, Merkulov, and Heinen looked good together. I always thought Merkulov's and DeBrusk's games would fit well together. If Merkulov makes a push, it should give the Bruins options in the top 9.

I was a Danton fanboy when he was here and I will be again:yo:

Just following the PB`s thread it seems like Merkulov can put the puck in the net, anyone here give this fan a bit of an outlook on the style of game he plays, weaknesses/strengths pls and thanks

I know It's early days and all we've seen is a rookie tournament and an early team practice/ scrimmage

that said- there seems a lot of competition and the feel that last year's abysmal ending left a lot to prove....I think having Marchy as captain and the return of Looch will provide for a feistier and tougher minded team.

not predicting a Cup - far from it ...but I think they will have a competitive Centennial team that gets into the playoffs ( likely as a wildcard) in what I see as a bridge year that positions them with a significant amount of money to pursue what is currently a strong crop of free agents
