I couldn’t find it either
Aggregator things.

Only midfielders I’ve heard anything on (and it’s whispers) are Gravenberch and Cheick Doucoure. Haven’t heard anything on defenders

None of this would be happening if Shaw and Malacia weren't injured.
Putting Cucurella and Martinez on the same side is sacrificing a ton of height. Maybe it matters, maybe it doesn’t but you don’t see many back lines that look that that

In June, probably. In August, no. Shit, if that had happened in June, we could have signed Gvardiol ourselves.
Romano still mentions that Arsenal doesn't want to sell him, but the possibility for him to change his mind is always there since he might want to play football and he is definitely a starter good.

Good piece of business from Arsenal, assuming he gets bought in the end.

Yeah, 12 million sounds a lot more realistic than the 30 million that was rumoured a couple weeks ago.

So here's what I gather so far...

- Balogun: Profit of 40 million and more due to higher sell-on clause (youth academy)
- Mavropanos: Profit of 2 million due to sell-on clause
- Guendouzi: Profit of unknown amount due to sell-on clause
- Tierney: Potential profit of around 5 million when/if Arsenal sell him next summer
- Pepe: Potential loss of around 60-70 million depending on what happens
- Lokonga: Potential loss of 5-7 million when/if Arsenal sell him this or next summer
- Cedric: Potential profit of 1-3 million depending on when/if Arsenal sell him
- Tavares: Potential profit of 6-ish million if Forest triggers the buy option
- Holding: Potential profit of 1-5 million when/if Arsenal sell him

Arsenal isn't making Chelsea money on some players. but definitely finding quid throughout the house like under the couch, the desk drawer, and in the cars.

How far back you going? That Pepe loss has to have been realized by now. If you are going way back you bought Xhaka for 45 and sold for 15. You made about 4 on Trusty and 2 on Turner as well but lost a little on Mari.

Balogun went for 30M + 10M bonuses. So not a 40M benefit.
Douzi you bought for 8, sold for 11 and will get another million out of it.

Xhaka was sold for 25M EUR:

Transfermarkt has it at 15. Either way it's a loss if you want to go on just buy and sell fees but they got many years out of him unlike Pepe who hasn't provided them anything.

It is a loss, but you have to see how long he's been at the club. 2016 to 2023, that's a very long time in terms of modern-day footballers and I am very sure Arsenal is satisfied with that 45 million worth of fee with his career here. Lewandowski did more for BVB than ever and he left on a free.

Pepe is NOT a worthless player, I personally believe he is worth around 30 million Euros as of now, but it is hard to justify that worth when he hasn't even been given a squad number to play.

If we sold Gendouzi properly and didn't force him out of the team lowering his value, Arsenal could've made 20 or even 30 million more than simply 11 million.

Balogun is cheaper, but probably has a much larger sell-on clause than the other two players in Guendouzi and Mavropanos. And those bonuses are probably after a certain amount of "x goals" Arsenal will get like 4 million, after he plays a certain amount of games Arsenal gets another 3 million, etc., etc. Arsenal will get those bonuses.

The Chelsea stuff today has been pretty all over the place.

Murmurs of Musiala’s name. Fati. Remembering interest in Dybala early in the window.

Regardless, creative, ready to step into the PL, 10 + winger hybrid.

I don't think they'll get all 10. Usually bonuses range from very reachable to totally unrealistic.

Anyway, OM had a 40M offer for Douzi last summer and passed. Change of coach this summer and everyone knows Douzi doesn't fit the new coach's plan and as such are lowballing OM. Bad planning.
They did the same with Caleta Car (Pool offered 28M and they rejected, only to lose him for less than 10).

PSG is shoping for a winger.
Barcola is their #1 target but Lyon is asking for a lot for a guy with 6 months of pro football.
It seems they're exploring other targets, one of which is Bakayoko from PSV.
Will they sign a replacement for Verratti?
