No, it was quite clearly an evaluation between Ugochukwu and Santos, not a failsafe on if we were going to spend bigger money on another CDM. I don't know how you can see things play out in reality, right in front of you, and then just go with some other wild conclusion.

This question can be answered for any name and should be a insta-response from the bots, if people go to SA ---- IT IS ABOUT THE MONEY. It is almost always about the money. My expectation for this year are clearly not as high as other LFC supporter. I think this squad lack plenty of depth and I am not sure if it's a money issue or Klopp overruling all transfer but they clearly have not done proper work this summer. I do think keeping Salah this year would not help much if we are forced to start the like of Joe Gomez or Curtis Jones at some point because of injuries.
