Based on this early look, Spencer Martin likes to play quite a bit out of the crease or on the edge of the blue paint. Reminds me of someone... I guess we have a goalie type? In all seriousness, neither of the goals were Martin's fault as such to my eyes, but doesn't seem like he's the goaltending saviour we need. (And yes this is a surprise hot take overreaction after like 10 minutes of play.)

Martin looks solid to me. He’s burping up some rebounds though
