Good for the Rangers, they are going for it. But there goes my potential landing spot for Paxton (who is probably not going to get traded anyway).

Another big move that I can see is Snell or Verlander to Philly.

I've been traveling all day with no cell service and spotty wifi (all week really). Any new rumors we're in on?

I am betting he will be nervous pulling the trigger with prospects. He wants to hold on to them.

But I don’t gamble

I wonder if a 3-team deal could happen where Paxton goes for a premium package (as Rosenthal speculated) and the Sox flip what they get in a Paxton trade + lesser org prospects? for a controllable arm (Keller? Mariners guys? Etc.).

In all realism, I’m expecting something to sure up 2nd base. I don’t know who but they seem to be linked to a lot of 2B options. Cardinals guys, minus DeJong, are interesting. They can fill a utility role that Hernandez had.

Maybe a pitcher like Lorenzan? If they like him, they could attempt to extend him.

The takes people had on a ROOKIE was hilariously bad. And that's what I'm commenting on.
Anything specific other than pointing out he was bad?

I asked the question about if the Red Sox should be in on Scherzer. Going what by a lot of people think on here the Rangers aren't that much better than Sox.
