If BB leaves, I would not be surprised if he goes to the Bears. He has way more talent to work with vs the Chargers and with two picks in the top 5 potentially and a pretty good defense, they should be able to make the playoffs next year.

I’d love to see him draft a long snapper and a kickoff coverage specialist with those picks.

Letting Meyers go was such a f***ing mistake that it's mind-boggling to me still

We knew at the time we had really screwed up and our WRs were poor and we came away from all these drafts with nothing. Still with that in mind this brain trust:

Benched our best WR by far Borne
Gave Parker a raise
Walked away from a reasonable contract w Meyers
Signed JJSS after he put up so so stats catching the ball from Mahomes


None of us make any of those boneheaded moves in Madden yet somehow BB does in real life.

Coaches have to agree to be traded. If I were Bill I would not want my new team giving up any compensation. He can easily make Kraft simply keep him or fire him. Then he can go wherever he wants.

Great point. And the NFC north isn’t great. Curious if Bill would keep Fields & use the 2 top 5 picks on Harrison Jr and line help.

It would be tough to turn down the rumored Carolina job in the weak NFC south, despite them not having a 1st round pick.

And at the time people STILL praises Bill. It was boneheaded. Still is. And while Bourne is Mac's guy. Jakobi was his #1. You needed to build around him and you got rid of his #1 guy. Clear from Day 1 Bill doesn't like Mac. Now the kid is mentally cooked and Bill will be gone next year, leaving a trash roster to boot. We really need to clean house.
