I think a Top 50 is unlikely for Paxton. If you were able to get a Top 8-10 + Top 15-20 ORG prospect for him, that's a win. Anything more, the "win" is greater.
For Vasquez last season, we grabbed Valdez (12th) and Abreyu (21st) from Houston. I think Paxton will carry more value than Vasquez, but I think expecting a Top 50-100 guy in the league would be A LOT. A top 50-100 guy in the league, is anywhere from a team's #1 prospect to Top 5. We know these teams are not trading their Top 1-3 prospects for Paxton. It just doesn't make sense. Names I find interesting are below. With prospects and such, who the f*** knows though. I'm going by my view of the Sox farm system and what they could use. Throw out names you like though!
