I wonder if the Sox could “demote” Bloom and bring in Stearns? Or keep Bloom in his role and add Stearns as a VP and he runs the show.

People just underestimate the difficulty in rebuilding a farm from scratch. I think Bloom is a smart baseball guy and I’d like to keep him around. Let him work and take the heat off him. I think he runs a good draft.
