I think they're determined to win tonight so they can come back to the TD Garden and lose at home one last time for us
Yep.

That's exactly what's going to happen too. Crazy thing is. This team IS talented to come back and win it in 7. However they're disjointed mess so it ain't happening.

As I prepare for the unknown tonight in game 4, I feel sorry for Mazzulla. He wasn't ready to be HC, certainly not HC of a high profile team like the Celtics. He had nothing to do with how Wyc handled the Ime situation with the press, the players, the organization, and the fans. Brad did what he was told to do.
I am not educated enough about the going on inside the NBA to say if Mazzulla will recover from what happened to this team and the public quit of the stars of this team. Coaches always take the fall when the players fail to execute. Not sure what happens to a coach when the star players quit playing in a game. I will find out. As an older man, I will have zero forgiveness for these stars that stopped playing; I am discussed with the upper management and ownership of the Celtics. They inserted a big negative into the proud history of the Celtics I so loved. It is not Joe Mazzulla's fault he was put into this position. We should be proud of him for falling on the sword as he did for game # 3.

In game four tonight, I hope the ball goes in for Al Horford so he goes out knowing he had great game.
.
As for game 4, I hope they lose and end the misery of this season.

Tatum and Brown must be split up. Tatum needs to grow up, and Brown needs to play elsewhere. Lots of off-season work to be done by the General Manager. Usually, I would say Brad Stevens, but he may be the fall guy and be fired so Wyc can hold his head high.

If the Heat protects its home court, it will mark the first time the storied Celtics were swept in the conference finals or later in franchise history.

If it happens, these young stars should be ashamed of themselves for putting this mark on the Celtics history. They quit.

But then it should happen to put an end to this miserable season.

I will be watching in bed tonight with mute on.

This team's core is pretty rotten, we can all see it. But I really feel bad for a guy like Al Horford who isn't going to have many more chances to win a title and who is one of the few guys who gives his all every night.
He is retiring after this season

They have the talent to do so, when that talent ACTUALLY wants to play like it.

Unfortunately, this team is so hot and cold and none of our superstars have shown up. It's sad.

I suspect they win tonight and then lose back at the Garden because of course.
Ugh possibly. The TD curse will force this to go 7 and then lose. Wait.
