Andrew Cristall has been day-to-day for a lower body injury for the last 3 weeks. Kelowna updated their injury report today, and now has him listed as week-to-week. That's not good news.
Or maybe its good for us?Andrew Cristall has been day-to-day for a lower body injury for the last 3 weeks. Kelowna updated their injury report today, and now has him listed as week-to-week. That's not good news.

He haven't participated in practice for a while, so it's a good sign.Skating doesn't really mean much. Guys skate all the time & still spend weeks on IR. Hopefully, he's back soon.
You want something different...here it is...
That's pretty big dream.I actually wouldn’t be too against that. Just imagine if we get Fantilli on top. That would be my dream.
Lafreniere - Suzuki - Caufield
Slafkovsky - Fantilli - Dach
That’s nice!!
Lardis certainly lighting it up since he left Peterborough. Beck's numbers went south there. Is system they play or something?Lardis continues his tear. Another 3 points tonight, 13 goals, 24 points in 13 games.
Cristal may slide to us with Florida pick. Even if they make playoffsAndrew Cristall has been day-to-day for a lower body injury for the last 3 weeks. Kelowna updated their injury report today, and now has him listed as week-to-week. That's not good news.

That’s definitely a weird take but from the few times I’ve watched Michkov his skating definitely didn’t stick out.And Pronman rates skating weird too. He had Makar last season as an above average skater IIRC, or like good tier. Not Elite. lol

He's not the first skater to skate good in the NHL. Explain to me how his skating is redefining?Lol...elite doesn't even describe Makar. His skating is redefining.

Why are you talking like this, it's unreadable. Makar is a really good skater but I want you to explain to me how he redefined skating.Skaters don't ''skate gud,'' because skating isn't just one skill, but about a dozen or so, all of which can be ''gud r not gud.'' Cale Makar is having a similar effect on edgework in the defence position as Crosby had for forwards.

Maybe it was just a bad choice of word on your part.
Fair enough. I kinda did it on purpose but you took it up a notch. On Makar and his redefining skating abilities though, you just compared him with Crosby and didn't explain why you think his skating is "redefining" and didn't provide a good example of why it's better than Crosby and all of the other good skaters that came before him.''Skate good'' is ungrammatical, which is why I had a bit of fun at your expense. I further went on to explain why I think Makar's skating is redefining, particularly for defensemen, but for whatever reason it didn't stick with you. Take it or leave it.

Top 4 and Reinbacher and I wont complain once for 2024.I think for Lardis it was opportunity. He's on the top line in Hamilton now and getting lots of opportunity to shine, which he's running with.
Beck has looked dangerous when I've watched him in Peterborough, so not sure what's up with him when I'm not watching. Not what you want to see, but he's shown really good stuff this year otherwise.
One of the top 3 and Cristall/Wood/Reinbacher. I'm verklempt. Discuss.
It's legitimately no contest between Leonard and Barlow.
One is already a better player with more goal scoring acumen and still has development to do.
Like Leonard but coming out with him at 7 is gonna leave an even sour taste than Slaf at 1.
Imagine coming out of your rebuild with Slaf and Leonard as your two main pieces...
Who would you like better at 7? Even in a deep draft, there is no clear superstar available at that spot.Like Leonard but coming out with him at 7 is gonna leave an even sour taste than Slaf at 1.
