They were talking about players not being listed on the official registry to draft, and the guy was saying "Sometimes there's a miss.." (aka the League just straight up was incompetent and didn't get the name entered in) and sounded like he was gonna say more and then just suddenly stopped dead in his tracks.

I imagine someone in his earpiece yelling "SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP" to avoid making the League look bad

Don't know why Jayden Perron and Koehn Ziemmer keep falling. They are both talented players and have "plus" tools in their game although they do have their flaws.
