Honestly love that goalie pick. We need the G prospects as we really only have one worth tracking at this point and with the doubts around Helle we need stock there.

Plus unlike the last two picks he actually has meaningful production at meaningful levels.

Yeah, you can still go the education route while playing in the better league. Come on people je would have been in the USHL if he was good enough. It would have advanced his path to school.

Obviously I'm no scout, but it sure doesn't seem like the two picks between were taken with much upside. And after the 1st couple of rounds, I would think taking swings for upside would be the smart play.
