Senators honestly have a good young core but it honestly pisses me off what they’ve done with the draft when I compare with Buffalo. Giving away picks or wasting top 10s on freaking Tyler Boucher

I dislike our bottom 6 a lot, then we are losing Cat and Giroux isnt gonna play for ever. They better wake up

I haven't heard any hype yet for the 2024 draft. And that could be a problem. Not all drafts are created equal.

We’re not even out of the first round of the 2023 draft. Not worrying about the hype of a draft class that’s one year away. Most kids are unknowns to casual fans

Probably because its not a good year to have a first round pick.

Colorado got a good one with Ritchie. Definitely better than his draft selection indicated. He will be this years Wyatt Johnston

Gauthier and Morin are going to be steals wherever they’re taken. Both are top 20 guys.

Gauthier seems like a Sens type pick if they ever have one again.

He gave them a chance. He kept things relatively organized and on track. Otherwise it’s a total mess there. It will get messier now. Too many average people involved with too much pressure. It takes a special person to make it work. He was as close as they’ll get for a while now.

His draft record is horrible, he signed all the leafs to bloated contracts. His goalie evaluations were horrid. He is smug. I am so happy he isnt the sens GM.

I suspect that Habs fans heads must have exploded between the brief period where the 4th pick took place, Michkov is available, and Price goes up there and forgets what the hell is going on, and ends up selecting Reinbacher.

3 years is nothing.

Was Kaprisov not ample evidence that bringing a guy in at 23 is no sacrifice?

We are falling further and further behind our immediate competition. Buffalo nabbing Benzon is a steal, what a disappointment. We are firmly behind NJ and Buffalo at this point and in the near future. ffs get rid of Dorion and DJ already before its too late.
