sorry but I must correct you, in Stockholm region there is no Elite and D1 in U16, it’s only D1, which is Elite in other regions. They also play only 2 halfs in U15 not 3 like other regions.
Petrini was much better at Folke tournament then Möller which is strongest U15 tournament in Sweden.
Kopac only played one game in U16 because he broke his leg, but he scored 4 points. Check what coaches think about him.
Playing in Elite 16 or 18 doesn’t always mean you are extra good, sometimes they just don’t have enough players.
I agree with that! I saw a few games from u16 div1 and it was higher level then u16 elite

I saw Folke Filbyter was mentioned again which I wrote about a couple of months ago. I can mention my favorite players again if there are any new writers here. What do you think about these players?

Dalibor Dvorsky: Dalibor Dvorsky at eliteprospects.com

Borna Kopac: Borna Kopac at eliteprospects.com

Gustav Ling: Gustav Ling at eliteprospects.com

Anton Petrini: Anton Petrini at eliteprospects.com

Chris Kirschenbauer: Chris Kirschenbauer at eliteprospects.com

I was watching quite a few games at Folke tournament and I can say that I saw some really good players. Noel Fransén Färjestad was for me best defender there, very good games from Anton Petrini - AIK, Ling -Färjestad, Lejon - Västerås and Dvorsky Linköping were nothing extra for me, liked more Ruckdäschel, Kirschenbauer - Red Bull Salzburg and Stockselius from Täby. But I was really impressed by Borna Kopac -Täby as I didn’t know him and together with Stockselius they destroyed us in QF. He has big potencial. Olsson - Djurgårdens and Munther AIK best goalies on tournament.

Anyone know when Brayden Dube, the MB kid tearing up the WBAAA this season, was born? 2023 eligible or?

Totally agree with you. Also watched the Upplandia trophy where both Dvorsky and Ling played really well. They were my favorites there. Petrini was also good at Upplandia as well as Fransén.

Seen him play a few times. Pretty good not sure where he would rank but he will go in top 2 rounds of the bantam draft. The 2005 group is hard to judge since alot of kids didn't want to or could afford to go to Rink. Rinks bantam team is pretty average this year. The kid from the Warriors might be the best Manitoba born player this year and he might be just a late 1st round pick

One player to keep an eye on is Adam Fantilli from Kimball Union Academy. He is probably one of the top-10 (if not top-5) players in all of US Prep hockey as a Freshman. His ceiling is top-3 pick.

This draft will be between Bedard vs Michkov. I know there were bunch of "Crosby vs Ovy 2.0" in the past 10 years or so. But this one could really be the case. Bedard could easily be in Top 3 most hyped North American prospects since Crosby and for Michkov at the stage he is now, people call him the best prospect since Ovi, even better than Svech at that age

With 15? No way, so many things can happen until 2023.

How old Crosby was, when the hype started? McJesus? Ovechkin? Svechnikov? Kuznetsov was considered a future hockey star at age 12... Yeah, everything can happen, but 15 years is enough pretty often to guess, how good a kid is going to be. Btw, Kuznetsov's stats weren't even close to Michkov's.

And for how many others they said they will be future stars and where are they now? Next year some other kid can explode and he will be a hype.

In 2016, Kiviharju (10 years old) was already at the same level of the best world players of 12 years old. I think he's the top prospect detected earlier.

And he is excellent player..... my opinion is that we can talk about draft when they are 17, 18, not when they are 13, 14..... NA and Europe has so many good players and many of them can explode in 1-2 years. Where was Michkov 2 years ago when he was 13?

At age 13 he scored 13+17 in 16 games, playing vs 2003 kids. Not bad, considering, he's almost 2005.

Of course it’s good! Don’t get me wrong, I like Michkov, a lot. Just wanted to say, that he exploded this year. And I can write you at least 10 players in Sweden with 13, which were playing with 1 or even 2 years older boys and scoring a lot and today they are average. At that age some boys are more physical, bigger, some less and at age of 17, 18, hockey starts to be real deal. Just saying that I think that you can’t say at 14/15 who will be nr. 1 at draft.

Nah, he actually exploded in the previous season, when he scored 55+33 in 21 games.
