Philly’s problem isn’t the players catching the ball, it’s the guy throwing it.
Hopefully he keeps throwing it like he did in his last game. Dolphins/Eagles Sunday night. That will be an air attack. See what happens.Philly’s problem isn’t the players catching the ball, it’s the guy throwing it.
So far they have the third best D in NFL history.Cleveland Browns have allowed fewer yards than the cheetah has receiving..both pretty amazing .
Yeah, he’s posting it like it wasn’t already reported in July.“On July 26, in the aftermath of a report that the NFL’s owners had adopted a rule preventing teams from giving equity to players or other employees, we reported that Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers had been seeking a slice of ownership in his talks with the team on a restructured deal — and that the Caleb Williams camp had been making it known to prospective agents that the USC quarterback coveted a piece of whichever team he ultimately joins.
As of Saturday (the same day Williams had a prime-time clunker against Notre Dame), the story acquired a second life, thanks to multiple aggregation accounts that either had not aggregated the story in late July or that, for whatever reason (possibly to put Caleb Williams in a bad light after an unexpectedly bad game), decided to re-aggregate it now.
It’s important to remember that neither Rodgers nor Williams are currently pursuing this strategy. They can’t. The whole point of the July 26 story was to provide concrete examples of players whose desires were completely and conclusively thwarted by the new rule the league adopted. And common sense suggests that the league would not have seen the need to close the door to player equity if no player was trying to get it.” - Update from PFT
That Dov account is one of the worst around
The other two are probably before the forward pass was legal lolSo far they have the third best D in NFL history.
That's my guess. Instead of pulling an Eli Manning, he'll just float some insane rumors to be able to avoid going to terrible franchises where he'll get physically destroyed and will be blamed for being on a terrible team. There is absolutely zero chance that happens, so either he's completely delusional or he's trying to avoid going to the Bears or Broncos or something.
Understandable in a way. That's my guess. Instead of pulling an Eli Manning, he'll just float some insane rumors to be able to avoid going to terrible franchises where he'll get physically destroyed and will be blamed for being on a terrible team.

I mean no offense to Bears fans but they're a QB and WR graveyard.
He is better off to pull an Eli if he has zero confidence in the Bears ability to help develop him. Vs returning to USC for another year. But, he also needs to factor in that he'd be like Young this year where his team traded up to get him, that you'd be without your #1 pick in 2025, plus a very good roster player as well, along with another asset or two. So, you are going to be behind the 8-ball early in your career.Understandable in a way.

Bold strategy Jerruh.
