Like I've said, Flyers will overperform. I do not know why people undersestimate Torts.

He did it with us. He did it with Columbus. He will do it with the Flyers. The issue with Torts is his schtick wears off/thin after 3 years.

The Yankees have announced their ALCS roster.

Notables: Oswald Peraza ON. Marwin Gonzalez OFF. No DJ LeMahieu. No Andrew Benintendi.

Frankie Montas ON. Greg Weissert ON. No Ron Marinaccio. No Lucas Leutge

You aren't wrong though.

On topic: I am not a praying man, I don't believe in divine intervention. I believe in the many worlds interpretation and if my consciousness is not aware of the world in which I am 6'3" with an impressive diverse portfolio of over performing assets, then can I just please experience the one where the Yankees finally beat the Houston? Who am I even asking this question to?
 
If I were the Yankees, I'd hand out Aluminum Trash Can lids and mini baseball bats ALL 3 games. Have the entire stadium smash the garbage lids

Good getting Stanton into left to get Carp in the lineup. People will shit on the right field at Yankee Stadium, the Crawford Boxes in Houston are just as embarrassing with the dimensions.

IKF at short still feels very stomach churning on any ground ball that goes to him.
 
No Cabrera tonite - IKF in - that’ll drive people crazy .
He makes an E - Boone will get torched .

Stanton in LF - Carpenter DH . I like it a lot .

Boone’s pen use under massive scrutiny.

I mean, the BP isn't a world beater when healthy, but it's good. But yeah it's a fry cry from where the BP is now woof.
 
The Astros roster is nowhere near as strong as it was 3 years ago. This is the prime chance to slay this demon once and for all. Win or lose the World Series if they get there, this season is a huge win for the psyche of the team and it's fanbase if they get past Houston.

The Yankees are due. Why not?

Well it wasn't really about hitting in 2017 and 2019...it was the pitching where we were outclassed, and that remains. Anything can happen, but my goodness 4 wins are going to be really hard.
