Unpopular opinion; Volpe is closer to Rob Refsnyder than he is Derek Jeter.
Imo he’s a 2b not a SS.
I don’t see him ever hitting more than 11 HR.
Has he changed your mind about that never hitting more than 11 home runs?

Great Yanks win, them continuing to go to bat for German is horrible, he got away with cheating a few weeks ago, and does it again tonight, enough with this clown.

Should have been gone as soon as what he did to his wife.

Got so fed up of this team I threw a $25 free bet on Tampa -3 last night. +350.

And we know how that worked out. A 9th inning back door cover loss.

  • Haha
Reactions: romba

Also no Alvarez, who somehow got "dinged up" in the half inning between his game-tying home run and their walk off.

Win probability is the most pointless stat in every sport.

Within a game, it's not particularly useful to predict who will win because it's more or less just a reflection of the scoreboard.

What it's generally used for is identifying what would be considered a "clutch play" or a high-leverage situation.

Eh day game after night game, in fine with alvarez sitting.

Vientos on the other hand is just straight under BS
Yeah I believe that Alvarez has a bit of a knock. Happens often with catchers even if it isn't apparent. And you're always more sore the next day.

Vientos was hitting righties and lefties in AAA, there is no reason to platoon him at this point. He should be given a shot pretty much every day. Certainly you put him back in there after he hits a big HR the night before.
