Hey all, so I’m going to go to my first Yankees game vs the White Sox later this month. Just curious if any of you have recommended areas where the best seats/sections are.

Cheers!

I loved listening to Buck after the game. So even-keeled. He said he didn't have the pom-poms out because he was focusing on how getting the pitching ready for the bottom half, if needed, what the defense would look like, potential match ups, etc. He's always laser-focused on being as prepared as possible.

Whats all this sniveling about the dimensions of yankees stadium all of a sudden.
Get bent.
Nobody complains about baltimore putting a sawzall to the ballpark instead of signing a pitcher.

If anything the Yankees haven't taken advantage of the short porch lately by fielding mostly righty lineups. It's really a silly ass argument though considering opposing teams have the same benefit

Kelenic has a strikeout average of .418 this year if they were calculated like hits.

That is impressively bad
Yeah it's really shocking how bad he has been. I mean you can always find guys like Aaron Judge who are absolutely terrible in their first look and then turn into stars, but Kelenic has done this over 400+ ABs now. Judge was like 25 games or something. That he's not showing improvement now is a bit concerning.

There's literally no one in the Mets bullpen that instills any confidence, other than Diaz at the moment. And even with him you're just kind of waiting for the meltdown.

Joey Gallo is an awful hitter. He is just terrible,a guaranteed out.I don't even care that he walks a lot and hits homers.Guy cannot be trusted in any big spots.Another 4 strikeout game tonight

This. I don't know about you, but I think the Yankees need like 1-2 contact-type hitters at the trade deadline. They have the pitching and power to do damage in the postseason.
I would get another high end starter as well. Cole, Severino, Cortes and another high end guy as the playoff rotation. No prospect hugging. This is the year to go all in.

I wish they had signed Verlander when they had a chance, it looks like he hasn't missed a beat at all after that surgery. Though, I get why the Yankees passed.

Monte has been great, just no run support.I think they have enough quality starters.Don't forget Taillon too

I don't trust either one of them in the postseason.

Cashman mistakenly passed on Verlander twice. Once for the immortal Sonny Gray. That move cost us at least one title possibly more.
