With the 48th pick, the Nashville Predators select from Brynas in the SHL....defenseman Theo Lindstein.

Lindstein had a very productive Hlinka-Gretzky Cup last summer in helping Sweden secure a silver medal. He has also been solid as a 17-18 year old in the SHL this season.

I'll PM @L4br3cqu3

Bah!!! You snubbed me with Cataford. Why isn't there a "dislike" button on HF Boards? :laugh:

I'll pick soon. I just need to regroup first.

Scouting report:
Huge Czechia blueliner who played 30 minutes a game in the World Junior Under-17's and has rapidly advanced his game are minute munching horse on the back end. Has excellent mobility for a big defender, and isn't shy to lead a rush or jump in as a trailer to support it.

#22 LW– Quentin Musty 6‘2‘’ 203lbs
#50 RW- Mathieu Cataford 5‘11‘’ 187lbs
#54 D – Jakub Dvorak 6‘5‘’ 203lbs

The Anaheim Ducks are proud to select ALEXANDER RYKOV from Chelmet in the VHL.
The gamble resulted in a friggin' jackpot. Exactly how i thought it would go. Rykov is a special player that has some of the best versality in the draft.

4. Anaheim: Leo Carlsson (C) - Orebro (SHL)
36. Anaheim: Carson Rehkopf (LW) - Kitchener (OHL)
55. Anaheim (from Col): Alexander Rykov (RW) - Chelmet (VHL)

Hockey Prospect loves Rykov and has him at #10. I considered him at 51.

I'm at work so I'll have to pretty it up later, but for now : At #57, Chicago selects defenseman Jordan Tourigny .
JordanTourigny-1040x572.jpg

''Quality skater with a solid skating stride, smooth mechanics and great agility and edge work. He's a confident player with the puck on his stick , who will join the offense whenever possible and be creative with his offensive blue line work. His hockey sense is strong in all three zones. Not the biggest guy but he has shown the ability to handle tough forechecking this season '' .

@le_sean is up next.
