Sorry guys, just woke up.

Buffalo are proud to select, with the 17th pick in the 2023 draft, from the University of Connecticut in the NCAA, F Matthew Wood.

Big winger who can score and do pretty much everything in the offensive zone, needs to improve his skating. He's having a pretty impressive first season in the NCAA, just turned 18 last month. And yeah, Buffalo already has a lot of forwards, but to me he's the BPA there.

@Treb is up, I'll PM him.

It's crazy how good this draft is. Y'all doing this mock draft reminds me that even if florida's pick doesn't end up top 10, we'll get an awesome prospect either way.

Sucks for the odds of Bedard but the top 20-25 of this draft is absolutely stacked.

When you have the time, can you post the 2nd round picks so folks can prepare their strategy/lists. :)

Ok WHO is going to take X?!!

Done.

Man, just realized Detroit has 5 top 50 picks.

I wanted that so badly for Montreal. Another late 1st, and another 2nd.

I'd be stoked if HuGo can somehow manage a mid 2nd around #50 and mid 3rd @ #80 or so - there is still a lot of talent on the board

There's still time! Who knows, maybe Hughes makes a deal before or at the draft.

That's what I'm hoping for.

Yup. Need another 3rd too. I'd give up the extra 4th & 5th picks to get another 2nd & 3rd.

Evans & 4th for 2nd & 7th
Hoffman, 50% retained, & 5th for 3rd

Type deals.

Hoping for much more at the draft.

Thanks @MarkovsKnee for picking for me.

Dvorsky isn't my favorite prospect but at 12 he felt like a no-brainer. Even Leonard at 15, I didn't expect him to be there still. And it's not like there were any bad pick before me. This draft is just completely ridiculous in the top 20.

With the #20 pick, the Nashville Predators select from the US national development program…Gabe Perreault.

Can someone please notify the next GM? I’m on the road today and tomorrow and using my phone.
