I think this is my top 10. I'm curious how many of you have Barlow and/or Ritchie in yours.
I was curious where Ritchie fell on independent scouts lists. After his great performance in the Hlinka Gretzky, he’s at 27 pts in 29 games (10 goals).
McKeen’s November
7- Ritchie
11- Barlow

I'm personally excited to see Chicago get the best #1 prospect since Matthews. No fanbase has suffered more in the last decade.
It pains me that Montreal is going to out tank us 2 years in a row - a year after going to the Stanley Cup finals.

I really hope for a lottery win for this franchise - create a ton of excitement and FINALLY land a franchise player. Otherwise, the team is likely to pick somewhere just outside of the bonafide future stars. Bad enough the team pooched the 2015 draft.

After the top 3 it really boils down to scouting preferences...small ultra talented wingers (Cristall and Benson) or the responsible C (Smith).

The Habs management seems to want to win. I am fortunate to sit, for the time being, right next to the visiting coaches, execs, etc on level 3. They tried to be professional, but they were elated about getting that second point last night.

so similar to Fedotov he's essentially been loaned to another team to get playing time and development so the parent team can get him back when he's more capable of contributing? Am i interpreting things correctly? what a league when your development system is your opposition. Kind of how some teams view the Coyotes lol.

Correct, he was getting 3 mins per game in with CSKA. The divide between have and have nots is massive in the K. Obviously, he will get a lot more ice. Win-win for both. Edit to clarify- agreement only for the remainder of the season.

Shoutout to CSKA for not giving MM the ice time he should get, sitting him for multiple weeks, then sending him to a "lesser" team, setting the stage for him to tell ARI Coyotes GMBA that he wants to get out of his contract and will come over to NA if he can, leading to them drafting him 4th overall.

Jake Sloan is a D+1 possible pick to watch. I was surprised he was undrafted last season. He’s having a great year. I could see us targeting him with a mid-rounder. Big, strong center who plays the game big and strong. He’s just finding out he’s got skills too. And I think teams will take notice.

the dumb thing is is we are playing "loose" right now because expectations are low. When we decide (like Ottawa did this past summer where they won the offseason) that we want to now compete for a wild card spot as the next step we likely will struggle.

I wonder how high Barlow is on BAs list? Seems like a player he'd have a lot of interest in. I'm really hoping we get a shot at Dragicevic too.

Those Elves better get busy and I hope they don't use elves from the South Pole.....

I'd also ask Santa to notify the AZ Sports media that the NHL Coyotes be lumped with the other local professional sports leagues instead of NBA/NFL/MLB, followed by a college football team, and then the Coyotes.
