It is possible that he is playing with a minor injury. Or may be going through a crisis a bit, every player has some during the season.

He is terrible, no way around it. He was half decent in Game 3 I believe, in the rest he was always among the worst players on the ice. Granted, Florida is playing him really hard, but that's no excuse for player of his calibre.

Todays lineup... Happy to see Kaut scored. Turns out he is here without a contract! I have a big bias for him despite him floundering and not getting to where I thought he would be buy now (a cemented NHL player in Top 6).
He mentioned that if SJ doesn't offer him a 1 way that he'll go to Pardubice. He also mentioned a lot of scouts are watching the World's and it's good for exposure too! I admire anyone that will play without a contract! Hope SJ signs him or trades him to someone that will! I still believe he's an NHLer and am hoping he makes the World's team!
It's a sign he's already impressed everyone and made the team.

Going back to who I'd prefer.. Palat/Vanecek or Chytil.
My answer is now Chytil... but not because I think he's better.
The Skoda's are looking to be one weak roster after another (Swedes just lost Dahlin and EP) and it looks wide open!
If Devil's lose the Swiss could become gold medal contenders! Schmid has been great!
Might free up Hajek too who could probably crack this D core.lol

Dont even remind me ... imagine if our guys wouldnt be plagued by injuries or contracts ... Hronek, Gudas, Rutta, Simek, Jiricek, Kostalek, Galvas, Kempny, Svozil ....
Damn didnt saw end of second period ... Cervenka injured???? Hope its not serious ... why does he even play today, its such a training game, we dont need our best guys there today
And Jiricek not playing in the 3rd and maybe an injury also ... well f*** me really ... I hate this luck we have this year so much

They said he was pulled out of the game, not mentioning why. Hopefully just to rest him, but I would not be suprised if he was injured with our luck this year..
Cervus has nose injury so he hopefully will be ok.

Maybe some minor health problem. Or they just wanted not to overheat him after he arrived from the NA. The commentator had no chance to know details yet, he was just guessing.

Well thats just perfect .... we can just call it a day this year, bring some ELH young guys and play for relegation (thats maybe harsh, I believe even they would have chance to make the QF, but you know where I am getting with this) ... I am so pissed damn
