It looks like all drafted Slovaks will go to the CHL. The only questionable one right now is Tomas Pobezal.
I’d have hoped Pekarcik would stay in Nitra this season. He is physically strong enough for larger role and skating is no issue. And that Titan roster looks like it’s going to be absolutely awful this year considering 2 of their top skaters are going pro.

He/his agent/the Blues certainly had other plans for his move to the CHL.

Not a great look for the Titan, missing out on a second overall pick. Especially considering the player decided to come over and play in NA, just not for them.
I suspect a big part of his decision was that the USHL has pretty firmly established itself above QMJHL over the last five years.

His agency only works with a handful of teams in the league – at least when it comes to their top prospects. They told the Titan not to pick him, but their GM did it anyway. The Blues wanted him in the OHL, would’ve been fine with the WHL too, but since he was drafted to Bathurst and his agency didn’t even approve, they started offering him to USHL teams.

Tomas Pobezal confirms he's staying in Nitra instead of moving to Kitchener:
