Solid game. He made an incredible save at one point. He didn't have a whole lot of work though.

The Cellebrini goal, he was screened by his own teammate at the last minute. No chance there.

After winning everything in the USHL last year, we can add the Hockey East championship and in nomination for NCAA goaltender of the year, not bad.

USHL Championship... check
Getting drafted... check
Nominated for Mike Richter Award... check
Hockey East Championship... check

Next missions:
- Setting record for most wins by a freshman goalie
- National Championship

Also, it will be interesting to see what he can do next year if the team isn't that good, after a lot of the team's best players graduate (like Will Smith and Cutter Gauthier). That would be quite a mission.

From all accounts, Fowler is absolutely focused on becoming better. Apparently last summer after the draft, he started focusing more on his nutrition and training as he wasn't in the best shape he could be. Fast forward to March 2024. You can see just by his face how much he's slimmed down. He's quicker and more agile.

This kid wants the pressure, he loves it. Made for Montreal.

Some kids have an aura about them, a swagger that can't be taught. They seem to win at every level they play. Fowler seems to have that "aura" about him.

His Twitter profile pick is the absolute best

On A YouTube Sick Podcast Pierre McGuire said Fowler should turn pro next year and start 60 games for Laval with Montembeault and Primeau sharing time in Montreal.

Watching Fowler I do get a few Carey Price vibes

I think what you want to see in a goaltender is the flawless technique, but also the athleticism to be able to make some of these crazy saves if need be. You can compare to Price, Fleury etc, but very few goalies have all of these abilities.

He just seems to have "it" - I think he's gonna be an NHLer and a good one. Time will tell but we're lucky to have him

Hard to say otherwise.
The one thing though that sticks out is how stacked the team in front of him is....he hasn't faced too many tough games this season
